The AGM-114 Lima Hellfire is also known as the Longbow Hellfire.

- Guidance System: The Lima variant incorporates a millimeter wave radar seeker for guidance. This radar seeker allows the missile to operate in adverse weather conditions, during night operations, and in environments with smoke or battlefield obscurants.

- Targeting: The millimeter wave radar seeker provides the capability to track and engage targets without the need for post-launch laser designation. It can detect and track targets on its own, enhancing the missile's autonomous engagement capabilities.

The Lima can operate with or without the Apache Longbow Fire Control Radar (FCR). It can be used to engage multiple targets at once in a Fire-and-forget manner.
